Title: Quick Beef Casserole

Yield: 1 Casserole
1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Onion; chopped
1 c Celery; chopped
1 c Green pepper;
- without seeds, cubed
3 1/2 c Tomatoes; diced
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1 c Frozen peas
2 sm Carrots; diced
1 c Uncooked rice
1 1/2 c Water
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Cook over medium heat and cover skillet until boiling.
Reduce to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve hot
