There are 2 important dates to her GC and that is either 3 or 5 years.
If she is past those 2 dates, since her card was issued, she can apply.
Once she gets her Certificate of Citizenship you might have to
man-sxplain that she should keep it safe as she will need it to register to vote.

skeptical of him. But then I saw him at a Trump rally (81 miles away
from here) and because of that I'll support him any day.
