Do you retain the right to American citizenship if you were born in the country? For the first time in history, the sitting president was present at the hearing of the Supreme Court. Trump left as soon as it began to appear that the judges would not rule in his favor. Reportedly, steam was practically coming out of his ears with anger. Apparently, Trump thought his presence would influence the judges. That alone is reason enough to question the fact that, as president, he did not want to allow the judges to decide independently and free from pressure.

Trump is so desperate right now, he is throwing his feces at the wall and hoping something sticks..

    What exactly are you protecting?

I also find it quite funny the actual wording of the 14th Ammendment that Trump and his ilk find questionable in the Constitution..

"and subject to its jurisdiction, are citizens of the U.S. and their state of residence."

You are subject to its jurisdiction by phyiscally in the country and subject to US laws. If you say you are only subject to jurisdiction by having one parent who is either an American Citizen, resident alien, or on a valid visa. Then anyone who is not, is not subject to US Law. Then by definition can not be here illegally.
